Medical Model, Analysis and Justification of the Architectural Project for the development of the projects of two Health Institutes and a High Specialty Hospital.
The Objective: The reuse of the existing infrastructure of the Pan American Village for the construction of 3 hospital units, through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme, its program being the following:

• Traumatology and Orthopedics Hospital
• Institute of Nutrition / Cardiology and Renal
• State Institute of Perinatology
• Jalisco SSA offices

The scope: The creation of an architectural medical model taking into account all the factors of the Strategic Rational context, obtaining a diagnosis of the current state and the real needs of the population, and based on this result, formulate the justification for the development of the project. Create a viable architectural proposal by analyzing the current state of the property in order to create a proposal that from its concept justifies the architectural transformation of the existing property.
As part of the project, the following points were considered:
- Sustainable reconversion of the existing infrastructure and its LEED certification
- Resolve the hydrological situation of the area and the wastewater treatment generated by the project.
- Generate a mobility plan and complementary services in the area.

Modelo Médico, Análisis y Justificación del Proyecto Arquitectónico para el desarrollo de los proyectos de dos Institutos de Salud y un Hospital de Alta Especialidad.

El Objetivo: La reutilización de la infraestructura existente de la Villa Panamericana para la construcción de 3 unidades hospitalarias, mediante un esquema de Asociación Público Privada (APP), siendo su programa el siguiente:

• Hospital de Traumatología y Ortopedia

• Instituto de Nutrición / Cardiología y Renal

• Instituto Estatal de Perinatología

• Oficinas de la SSA de Jalisco

 

Los alcances: La creación de un modelo médico arquitectónico tomando en cuenta todos los factores del contexto Racional Estratégico obteniendo un diagnostico del estado actual y las necesidades reales de la población, y en base a este resultado, formular la justificación del desarrollo del proyecto. Crear una propuesta arquitectónica viable analizando el estado actual del inmueble para asi poder crear una propuesta que desde su concepto justifique la transformación arquitectónica del inmueble existente.

Como parte del proyecto se consideraron los siguientes puntos:

- Reconversion sustentable de la infraestructura existente y su certificación LEED

- Resolver la situación Hidrológica de la zona y el saneamiento de aguas residuales que se genren por el proyecto.

- Generar un plan de movilidad y servicios complementarios en la zona.
