With over 20 years of expertise, HAC Arquitectura delivers commercial projects that seamlessly blend design excellence, innovation, and efficiency, balancing form and function.
Ciudad Salud | Guadalajara
The project focused on developing two Health Institutes and a High Specialty Hospital by repurposing the existing infrastructure of the Pan American Village through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Central goals included designing a sustainable architectural medical model tailored to the population’s needs, addressing hydrological and mobility challenges, incorporating complementary services, and achieving LEED certification to ensure environmental responsibility and long-term viability.
Clinica CC+H | PERU
Modular hospitalization and surgery units form the core of the project, utilizing prefabricated thermo-acoustic panels and galvanized steel for durability, seismic safety, and quick assembly within five months. The design incorporates an entrance gallery with public amenities, ambulance and services modules for utilities, and sustainability measures like solar panels, recycled materials, and water reuse, ensuring an eco-conscious build.
Hospital Merida | Merida
The project responds to the evolution of medical technology by prioritizing modularity, flexibility, functionality, and sustainability in its design. It ensures cohesive architectural solutions that optimize hospital services while promoting accessibility, natural light, and green spaces. Emphasizing a user-centric approach, the project fosters a healthy and welcoming environment that meets functional needs and enhances the community experience.
