Located in the lower part of the Ayamonte Golf Club with a flat topography. The program to determine the architectural design of A214 is focused 100% on the family that will inhabit the house, one of the most important aspects being the creation of spaces of tremendous amplitude so that each of these can be enjoyed in the company of the family and its frequent visitors. Upon entering, integrating an open hall and landscaped elements characterize the users’ first contact with architecture. The balance between the adult and mature parts of the house and the children’s and recreational parts was very important within the architectural design. Areas were determined for each activity, where the social areas are given a more mature environment in finishes without leaving aside the main characteristic of using materials from the region that transmit warmth and quality to its users while at the same time offering excellent durability and resistance. The interior design of each personal space was designed specifically for each user, creating a sense of belonging and individuality. Over the years, it transforms and evolves personally and according to the individual tastes of those who inhabit it.
