Located in the lower part of the Ayamonte Golf Club with a completely flat topography. The program to determine the architectural design is focused 100% on the family that will inhabit the house, one of the most important aspects being the creation of spaces of tremendous amplitude so that each of these can be enjoyed in the company of the family and its frequent visitors. Upon entering, the integration of an open hall and landscaped elements characterize the users' first contact with architecture.

The balance between the adult and mature part of the house with the children's and recreational parts was very important within the architectural design, areas were determined for each activity where the social areas are given a more mature environment in finishes without leaving aside the main characteristic of using materials from the region that transmit warmth and quality to its users and at the same time excellent durability and resistance.

In the interior design of each personal space, it was designed specifically for each user, creating a sense of belonging and individuality and that over the years it transforms and evolves in a personal way and to the individual taste of those who inhabit it.

Ubicada en la parte baja del Club de Golf Ayamonte con una topografía completamente plana. El programa para determinar el diseño Arquitectónico esta enfocado 100% en la familia que habitará la vivienda, siendo uno de los aspectos mas importantes la  creación de espacios de tremenda amplitud para que cada uno de estos pueda ser disfrutado en compañía de los demás integrantes de la familia y sus frecuentes visitantes. Al ingreso, la integración de un hall abierto y elementos ajardinados caracterizan el primer contacto de los usuarios con la arquitectura.

El balance entre entre la parte adulta y seria de la casa con la parte infantil y de recreación fue muy importante dentro del diseño arquitectónico, se determinaron areas para cada actividad en donde a las areas sociales se les da un ambiente mas maduro en acabados sin dejar a un lado la característica principal de utilizar materiales de la region que transmitan calidez y calidad a sus usuarios y al mismo tiempo de excelente durabilidad y resistencia.

En el diseño interior de cada espacio personal fue diseñado en en especifico para cada usuario, creando un sentido de pertenencia e individualidad y que al paso de los años se transforme y evolucione de manera personal y al gusto individual de quien lo habita.
