Ayamonte 139 arises from a basic geometric concept of two interspersed rectangles. It is composed of rectangular geometries that try to be incorporated into the natural environment surrounding it; with few windows in the front, it seeks the most critical possible privacy, wooded and water elements accompany this facade, making it sober and elegant. 

 

The project maintains a common language in its materiality, apparent concrete, steel, and wood. The three materials are presented sincerely from the outside of the house and continue on a constant journey through the interior of the house. 

 

Ayamonte 139 is adjacent to the spring forest, privileged in its geographical position. We considered that the project's purpose was that from any point of the house, we would have panoramic views that would serve as ambiance for itself and thus generate "natural pictures."

 

At the same time, we decided to generate interior courtyards and interior and exterior spaces, and thus integrate the forest into the house and blur the boundary from the exterior to the interior.

The program of the house is characterized by its social areas on the first floor that are combined to generate larger spaces if required, and on the first floor, there are four bedrooms, each with a dressing room and bathroom, and terraces overlooking the spring forest.

 

Casa Ayamonte 139 speaks for itself and presents itself honestly, giving hierarchy to the views and the ample spaces subtly set by the natural textures of the materials.

Casa “Ayamonte 139” surge de un concepto básico geométrico de dos rectángulos intercalados, se compone de geometrías rectangulares que tratan de incorporarse al entorno natural que la rodea, con pocas ventanas en el frente busca la mayor privacidad posible, elementos arbolados y de agua acompañan esta fachada haciéndola sobria y elegante.

El proyecto mantiene un lenguaje común en su materialidad, concreto aparente, acero y madera, los tres materiales se presentan sinceros desde el exterior de la casa y continúan en un recorrido constante por el interior de la casa. 

 

Casa “Ayamonte 139” colinda con el bosque de la primavera, privilegiada en su posición geográfica, consideramos que la finalidad del proyecto fuera que desde cualquier punto de la casa tuviéramos vistas panorámicas que servirían como ambientación para ella misma y así generar “cuadros naturales”.

 

Al mismo tiempo decidimos generar patios interiores, y espacios interiores y exteriores, y así integrar el bosque a la casa, y nublar el límite del exterior al interior.

 

El programa de la casa se caracteriza por sus áreas sociales en planta baja que se van combinando para generar espacios más grandes si así se requiere, y en planta baja se cuenta con cuatro recamaras cada una con su vestidor y baño, y terrazas al bosque de la primavera.

 

Casa Ayamonte 139 habla por sí sola y se presenta honesta, dándole jerarquía a las vistas y a los espacios amplios que son sutilmente ambientados por las texturas  naturales de los materiales.
