The project is located on a property that borders the spring forest to the south and west and has a drop of 14m from its highest point. This was the starting point for designing the architecture, accompanying the natural topography of the terrain and opening the views towards the forest. As a result, the project starts at street level and goes up to achieve that the ground floor develops at the level of the rear garden and the upper floor has all its free views towards the natural landscape.

We used stone materials and steel, with the intention of creating a sober and simple appearance to the residence. Apparent concrete has an important role in all areas, both exterior and interior, in the same way, the green areas that visually accompany each space.

The gardens of the house go hand in hand with the architecture and several interior areas were designed to integrate vegetation, which accompanies the exterior where the landscaped spaces that complement the facade and the side corridors are projected.

For our clients, social areas were very important, especially the terrace, an important area of ​​the project is destined to an outdoor terrace overlooking the forest, it is made up of a kitchen area with a bar and a space for living and dining the warmth of a fire pit accompanies them.

El proyecto se encuentra en un predio que colinda al sur y poniente con el bosque de la primavera, y tiene un desnivel de 14m desde su punto más alto. Este fue el punto de partida para diseñar la arquitectura, acompañar la topografía natural del terreno y abrir las visuales hacia el bosque. Como resultado, el proyecto inicia a nivel de calle y sube para lograr que la planta baja se desarrolle a nivel del jardín posterior y la planta alta tenga todas sus vistas libres hacia el paisaje natural.

Utilizamos materiales pétreos y acero, con la intención de generar un aspecto sobrio y sencillo a la residencia. El concreto aparente tiene un papel importante en todas las áreas, tanto exteriores como interiores, de la misma forma las areas verdes que acompañan visualmente cada espacio.

Los jardines de la casa van de la mano con la arquitectura y se destinaron varias áreas interiores para integrar vegetación, que acompañan al exterior donde se proyectan los espacios ajardinados que complementan la fachada y los pasillos laterales.

Para nuestros clientes eran muy importantes las áreas sociales, especialmente la terraza, por lo que se destina un área importante del proyecto a una terraza exterior con vistas al bosque, esta conformada por un área de cocina con barra y un espacio para sala y comedor donde la calidez de un fire pit los acompaña.
